Goal
A piece of documentation has been updated and the manager wants to make a revised version of a documentation artifact public.
Description
After a piece of documentation has been updated either with fixes or additions, it's the manager's job to make sure that it gets out to the public.
This process will vary depending on the type of documentation. For example, online help content is published when a new version of Zope is released. In this case, the manager must simply make sure that the online help content is up to date in the relevant branch(es), and update the doc/CHANGES.txt document.
Other documentation will generally be available on Zope.org in several formats. To publish the documentation the manager will probably have to run a script to build all the formats. Then they will have to copy the docs up to Zope.org and update information on Zope.org. Likely they will want to announce the availability of the new docs as well.
