The reader wants to find out something about Zope.
Description
The reader wants to find out something about Zope. To do this they must find out where this information is documented, they must retrieve the documentation and they must read it.
Generally this will involve going to Zope.org/Documentation and then clicking around.
For this process to be successful the reader must be able to locate the relevant documentation. They must be able to determine if the documentation is up to date and covers their version of Zope. They must be able to read the documentation in an acceptable format.
