The ZEO server should have a separate service for monitoring. The monitoring information can include info like the size of the blocked transaction queue, the number of clients, etc. This information could be hooked up to services like Big Brother.
Not clear whether this should be an extension to the ZEO protocol, so that the information is available from clients, or if there should just be a separate service that uses something like XML-RPC.
