Overview

This tutorial shows you how to link to internal content, or content that is housed within your Plone site. The assumption is that you are using Epoz with Plone 2, but it should work with other content management systems also.

Tutorials

  • Make sure that your Plone profile is set up to use Epoz as a content editor. Please see the Configuring Plone To Use Epoz tutorial if you need help with this.
  • Create a new content item in Plone that works with Epoz. This is any content item that allows you to enter content using HTML, such as a Document or a News Item.
  • Enter the following line into the Epoz editor:
  • TODO: Insert Image
  • Next, select some of the text with your cursor.
  • TODO: Insert Image
  • TODO: Describe how the user can search for local content using the toolbox.
  • You content should now look like this:
  • TODO: Insert Image
  • Save you page, and you new hyperlink will point to the intended portion of your Plone site.

You *must* use the Toolbox, mustn't you ? --Sun, 10 Apr 2005 08:31:39 -0700 reply

I am under the impression that otherwise you get links which break when you move the site
