This ZopeProduct allows zope to connect to a postgres database using the psycopg python library.
It is included in the psycopg source. See the psycopg page for more details about that.
On debian, you may be able to just install the zope-psycopgda package.

Can someone give me an URL where to download the python module corresponding to ZPsycopgDA? I only found the debien package but it does not interest me. I prefer to get the Python module.

It's included with psycopg source psycopg-1.x.xx.tar.gz; installation is described in the psycopg FAQ
