11/15/2002 A lot has changed

Wow, this document has been neglected for too long. Since the last entry much has happened and the project took off. Sprints were used to communicate and transfer knowledge to community developers, which actively help developing Zope 3. Another couple sprints are scheduled in December in order to prepare Zope 3 for alpha 1!

09/10/2001 Progress report

  • We re-identified actors and goals and rearranged UserGoalsAndUseCases.
  • We added software deployment requirements.

08/02/2001 Progress report

  • We need more frequent progress report
  • Shane did an initial prototype to demonstrate the feasability of he basic concepts.
  • We've been working on basic definitions. See the Glossary.
  • We've identified actors and goals and begun fleshing out use cases, which will form the first draft documentation.

In parallel, we are working on:

  • use cases and documentation
  • Evolutionary prototyping of:
    • Component architecture and core services.
    • Component-architecture-based implementation of the CMF.

07/11/2001 Restarted work on the project

  • After a break, we started working on it again.

02/19/2001 Began work on the project
