• Defines the look and feel of the ApplicationFunctionalityComponents.
• They must understand how the application consumers want to work with the site.
• Must work with developers and needs to understand the architecture of the site.
• Can work with site designers, helping them integrating page centric designs with the different components.
• Has an overall view of the site layout.
• They design the UI (including meta component views or application navigation).

Issues

This actor is needed, because the site designers should not need to know about the different components, but instead keep their page centric view. Information architects can see the site at a different level.
