are just slightly different versions of the same document. Apart from trivial formatting, the only apparent difference is that short.pdf has 2 less lines on page 22. So although I suppose it is shorter it's probably not the intended file.

This is a real nice tutorial.
About Functional/Integration testing section (slides 21-22) of this document, two changes:
- the tcpwatch tools can now be found on http://hathawaymix.org/Software/TCPWatch
- the dochttp tool path is src/zope/app/testing/dochttp.py (the referenced src/zope/app/tests/dochttp.py does not work for me)
