WikiBadge (IsWikiBadge)
Special WikiNames used to hold loose relationships among groups of pages. Selecting the "Backlinks" option for such a page shows the group.
By convention, these WikiNames should start with Is, and should be
mentioned in parens at the top of the page being badged.

- This is something less than a proposal. It's more like a draft.
- IsRoughDraft
- The main technical aspects of the document are completed, but some details might still be missing and the document is still under heavy discussion about the correctness of the material covered.
- IsDraft
- This document contains all the technical content, but is not yet edited. There should be only little discussion left about the content of the document.
- IsEditedDraft
- This document has been edited by someone with good English writing, grammar and spelling skills.
- IsProposal
- This is a proposal wanting comment.
- IsApprovedProposal
- This proposal has been approved and waits for someone to implement it.
- IsResolved
- The document raised an issue that is now resolved.
- IsPlanned
- The document represents a decision that hasn't been implemented yet. Documents that reach this point should be editable only by the author. Significant changes should be hard to make.
- IsOutdated
- Documents that have not been updated (but their update would be of importance) for a long time and do not reflect the current situation should receive this badge.
- IsReplaced
- A document that has been replaced by some other document
- IsInformational
- General information about development.

- Makes it easy to find all the badges. ;)
